My 5-Step Routine
1. Wake Up Naturally
I no longer use an alarm. Instead, I go to bed at the same time and let my body wake me naturally.
2. No Phone for the First Hour
This was hard at first, but cutting out morning screen time changed everything.
3. Light Stretching
Just 10 minutes of gentle stretching to wake up my body.
4. Coffee & Planning
